I'm Frederic and I'm currently leading the design team at AMINA Bank, previously Bitcoin Suisse, a team of experience designers and frontend developers into creating the financial tools of the future.
In a previous experience with TX-Markets , I was part of a team of 15 designers and researchers. We delivered our services like an internal agency to all the +20 companies within the TX group, mainly focussing on marketplaces.

1. Learner: I understand what it is, no practical experience
2. Beginner: I have tried it
3. Junior: Applied it to several projects still getting the hang of it
4. Practitioner: Confident some experience and learnings but still needs practice
5. Intermediate: Confident on approach and reasonably well practised
6. Senior: Good understanding, used often
7. Advanced: Very good and confident
8. Expert: Totally confident, well practiced. Multiple projects complete understanding
